The Publish action is available for:
- Pages
- Images
- PDF files
- Folders
- Entire Sites
You can publish these assets to two destinations, Production and Staging. The Production destination is a web server that delivers what is often called the "live site." The Staging destination is a web server used to test your content before publishing to a production server.
Publish a Page
- Select the desired index page in the Site Content menu on the left of the interface.
- While previewing the page, click on the Publish tab.
Tip
You can also publish a page by right-clicking on the page name (index), and selecting the Publish option from the context menu.
- Select one or more of the outputs to Publish to the destinations selected.
Tip
It is our suggested best practice to Publish first to the Staging destination. Once you have reviewed your content on the Staging server, you can then Publish to the Production server.
- Click Submit
Publish a Folder
- Select the desired folder in the Site Content menu on the left of the interface.
- While previewing the contents of the folder, click on the Publish tab.
Tip
You can also publish a folder by right-clicking on the folder name, and selecting the Publish option from the context menu.
- Select one or more of the outputs to Publish to the destinations selected.
- Click Submit
