Cascade CMS Dashboard

Cascade CMS

Cascade CMS “Basic” Training is now available online, and is mandatory to gain CMS access. This requires reviewing the Basic Training Guide and taking a verification quiz. New users are guided through the essentials of the content management system, including, but not limited to, an overview of the CMS, explanation of common terms, navigating through the CMS, and creating content.

ExpressionEngine CMS

ExpressionEngine (EE) is a content management system previously available to UM schools and colleges, as well as academic and administrative units. Due to the implementation of Cascade CMS, formal training is no longer offered. Medical EE training is available via a manual.

25Live Support

The University of Miami uses 25Live for creating and publishing events to our web calendars University-wide. The Office of Classroom Management administers and governs 25Live software. The Division of University Communications coordinates with the Office of Classroom Management to publish calendars from 25Live to University websites.

Digital Signage

Four Winds Interactive software training is available upon request.  The training is designed for content managers who are planning on or are currently handling their department's digital signs.  Participants will get a detailed walk through of the management software, as well as learn how to upload, manage, and deploy content.  One-on-one training or traditional instructor-led (more than one user) sessions are available.
