Replace Files (Image and PDF)

It is recommended to replace files in Cascade CMS instead of deleting and/or adding new versions of it. This helps keep your content's SEO rankings high, preventing old files from appearing in search results. 

  1. Once on your Site, select the desired image/pdf file from the Site Content menu on the left.

  2. Once the file has loaded, click the Edit tab.

    Tip

    You can also edit a file by right-clicking on the file name, and selecting the Edit option from the context menu.

  3. Drop the new file or choose it from your computer.

  4. Click Preview Draft. Files can be previewed before publishing. After previewing the draft, click Submit to replace your original file.
  5. The file has been successfully saved to the CMS. You must now Publish your file.
  6. Select one or more of the outputs to Publish to the destinations selected.
